PAST

OMV Srl was born in 1988 from the union of two companies Sartmec and Mptz, strongly desired by the founding partner: Mr. Erio Zaccarini . The goal was to combine skills to provide a valid and serious point of reference for medium-large mechanical machining in a territory that, even then, stood out for its lively industrial fabric.

PRESENT

Today, Thanks to the most modern processing systems for removal, we are able to start small and medium-sized production of unique pieces, trying to perfect and optimize the manufacturing and industrialization processes.

OMV Constantly looks to the future and for this reason we have prepared an investment plan in innovative technology, to guarantee solidity and continuity for our young and dynamic production team.

PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM FOR SELF-CONSUMPTION

O.M.V. has undertaken a concrete path towards sustainability through the adoption of solutions for the self-generation of energy from renewable sources.

The company has implemented an energy efficiency project funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Mission 7 – Investment 16 “Support for the self-production of energy from renewable sources in SMEs”.

KEY FIGURES

The project included the installation of a 168.78 kWp photovoltaic system, expanding the existing 80 kWp capacity, on the roof of the production facility in Vignola (MO), intended for self-consumption.


The system consists of:

  • 291 crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules
  • technologies certified under Category “A”

This initiative enables the company to:

  • improve the energy efficiency of its production processes
  • reduce dependence on the national power grid
  • lower CO₂ emissions

This project represents a concrete step towards a more sustainable and future-oriented production model.
